Thai Massage

Thai massage is referred to as “lazy man’s Yoga”. You relax on a mat while your therapist applies rhythmic compression to the muscles and stretches, twists and massages you using hands, elbows, knees and feet.  Acupressure is used while in stretches to increase the effects. The stretching is key to Thai massage, leaving you feeling lighter and taller after a session.
